SALES TAX: For ALL packages delivered to a California address, a 8.25% sales tax will be added to your order. All other state deliveries are exempt.

PACKAGE CONTENTS: Each dressout, parole clothing or EOS package may contain the following contents: (1) one shirt, (1) one pair of pants, (1) one outerwear (optional), (1) one pair of underwear for men, (2) two pairs of underwear for women, (1) one pair of socks and (1) one pair of shoes.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN (1) ONE PAIR OF PANTS? SHOES? OUTERWEAR? ETC? Most facilities allow an inmate to receive (1) one parole clothing package or "dressout" package upon their release. The package may contain the following contents ONLY: (1) one shirt, (1) one pair of pants, (1) one outerwear (optional), (1) one pair of underwear for men, (2) two pairs of underwear for women, (1) one pair of socks, and(1) pair of shoes. You may create your own combination, or select from one of our Pre-made DRESSOUT Packages. If, however, you would like to order more items, FENIX - DRESSOUTS.COM will ship extra pairs of pants, shirts, outerwear etc. to a home address or alternate location. Please make a "NOTE" in your order - include an address where you would like the additional items shipped and which items you would like included in the dressout package, and which items are for additional purchase. ORDER SUBSTITUTIONS: Although every attempt is made to fill orders with the original products chosen - items may unexpectedly go out of stock or manufacturers may make minor changes to designs, colors and styles throughout the year. FENIX - DRESSOUTS.COM regrets any changes that may occur and will make every effort to substitute items of equal or greater value, color and style. We understand the importance of your order and immediate need for our packages to ship to each correctional facility on time.
DRESSOUT PACKAGE SUBSTITUTIONS: No substitutions are allowed for all pre-made dressout package orders (#1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, A, B, C, D, E, F). Packages and their contents are prepared as stated.

DO I HAVE TO BUY CLOTHES FOR AN INMATE? WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER ITEMS FOR ME OR A FRIEND AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO MY HOME? FENIX-DRESSOUTS.COM is for everybody! You do not have to be an inmate to order our products. Simply add the desired products to your shopping cart at DRESSOUTS.COM and proceed to checkout. To bypass the "required" inmate release date, enter 00/00/00 or N/A. If you would like to include additional notes and instructions regarding your order - type them into the "NOTES" section found on the "Billing and Shipping" information page. If the DRESSOUTS.COM order is NOT shipped to a correctional facility, there are NO RESTRICTIONS regarding the number of items you can order. RETURNS: Returns must be made within 60 days from original purchase date. All returned items must be new, unused and in original purchase condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. WILL THE CORRECTIONAL FACILITY ACCEPT THE ITEMS I ORDER? All items presented in the FENIX - DRESSOUTS.COM catalog/website have been approved by State and/or Federal Correctional Facilities. Approved items are subject to change. Any item that becomes unauthorized after an order is placed, or after our catalog is printed, will be substituted for an item of equal or greater value.
